This JTK replacement Franzen latch comes with 1 key and 4 screws. The Latch measures 1-7/8 by 1-7/8 inches. The screw holes are ¾” side to side and 1-5/32 from top to bottom. Mounts on our rotationally molded case. 1 year warranty. Keys may be purchased seperately and will fit any Franzen latches.
