Product Description
This tester will indicate whether dissipative mats are clean and grounded or whether a wrist strap or constant monitor is working properly. Constant monitors may show the wrist strap is properly grounded, but they do not detect a dirty mat surface or ground faults between a work surface and earthing point. Easy to use: place the instrument on the ESD work surface. Press the button (Do Not Touch Mat with Your Hand); if the circuit is complete, the green light will illuminate to indicate that the ESD work station is safe for use. If the circuit is not complete, the red light will illuminate and a buzzer will sound.
